General Description |
Whole Mango (Totapuri) found acceptable as per our specification. The mangoes are washed,peeled,diced and frozen in IQF Freezer at -35° C or colder.The dices are sieved and metal detected before packing. |

Free flowing dices of the size 10X10mm dices are made from slices of semi ripe to ripe fruit, vertically cut. Since the slices are oblong not all dices will be completely uniform in shape and size.However about 75% will have two sides of required size 20% will be irregular shape due to the geometry of the fruit. |
